The Caulfield Guineas is a Group One three-year-old classic event run over 1600 metres during the Melbourne spring racing carnival and is the highlight of the first day of the week-long three day Caulfield carnival which is held each October at Caulfield racecourse.

The Caulfield Guineas is raced at set weights for three-year-olds and has been won over the years by some of the greats of the turf, including Manikato, Mahogany and Lonhro.
