Makybe Diva Stakes | Spring Racing Carnival

The Makybe Diva Stakes is a Group Two weight-for-age event run over a mile at Flemington racecourse during the Melbourne Spring racing carnival around early September each year. From 1948 to 1964 this race was run over 2000 metres and is currently set at a distance of 1600 metres.

The race was changed to the Makybe Diva Stakes in honour of triple Melbourne Cup winner Makybe Diva, and was previously known as the Craiglee Stakes.
