Metropolitan racing in South Australia is held in Adelaide and is home to three city racecourses all located not too far away from the city centre. Morphettville is a spacious track and it hosts most of the major Group and Listed races in SA. Cheltenham is home to a number of lesser quality Listed races and also has the longest straight in Australia. Victoria Park rounds out the three Adelaide tracks and is a lovely course that gives all horses an equal chance to greet the judge.
